Cascade Health is a local, nonprofit organization comprised of caring, qualified professionals who meet the unmet health needs of our neighbors. We are community-based, solution focused and patient centered. Festival of Trees provides vital support to Cascade Health's Pete Moore Hospice House. The only hospice house in Lane County, Pete Moore Hospice House offers compassionate end-of-life care and comfort for patients and families.
